Latitude: Sounds of the Cosmos

As part of the 2015 Latitude festival, a performance of Sounds of the Cosmos took place on the Film and Music stage on 18 July 2015, in collaboration with creative producer Stewart Campbell (Department of Music), that involved a live performance of Gustav Holst's Planets Suite by the Sheffield Rep. Orchestra conducted by George Morton.

The performance was interspersed with short astronomy talks, plus reworked visuals by local design agency Human (courtesy of financial support by STFC). Production was originally supported by Festival of the Mind and re-commissioned for Sheffield Doc/Fest who facilitated the Latitude performance.
